Working Together Toward Becoming a Century-Lasting Company
As we strive toward our vision of becoming a company that endures for 100 years, all employees are united in our commitment to this goal.
We hereby establish and publish the following as our Integrated Policy (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety).
■ Development of New Products
We will accelerate the development of core products and construction machinery for the next generation by sharing and utilizing information related to the environment, market trends, government policies, social dynamics, and customer needs across our sales, construction, development, and manufacturing departments.
■ Strengthening Our Sales Strategy
Through regional analysis (market share, competitive landscape, strategic advantages), we will enhance our proposal-based sales capabilities by collaborating with key accounts, maximizing our strengths, and addressing weaknesses. Our goal is to develop existing markets, reclaim market share, standardize specifications, and achieve profitability in both road and railway sectors.
■ Company-Wide Structural Reform
We will conduct a comprehensive review of evaluation systems, compensation, working conditions, and organizational structures. In particular, we aim to make our company more attractive to younger employees through company-wide reform.
■ Ensuring Employee Health and Safety
We will implement proactive measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees by anticipating potential impacts on the working environment caused by rising temperatures and natural disasters related to climate change.
■ Commitment to Legal Compliance
We are committed to full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as other obligations to which we have voluntarily agreed.
■ Environmental Protection and Reducing Environmental Impact
(Contributing to a Low-Carbon, Circular Society)
Through environmentally responsible business activities and technological proposals, we aim to contribute to the realization of a low-carbon, recycling-oriented society.
